Fragrance is a reveal category, so the structure decides how the product is presented before anyone smells it. Shoulder-neck and two-piece formats dominate rigid perfume work because both create a controlled lift and hold heavy glass securely. Drawer and book-style structures suit gift sets and discovery kits, where the opening action carries the experience. For retail shelf and higher volumes, the same foil and emboss finishes run on folding carton at lower unit cost. As a perfume box manufacturer producing all four formats in-house, we also supply matching paper bags and outer sleeves, so a launch ships as one coordinated set rather than three separately sourced components.

Bottle retention is the decision that matters most. EVA holds a heavy glass bottle securely and absorbs drop shock, which is why it is standard on rigid perfume boxes. Flocked EVA adds a matte finish where the insert is visible on opening. A cardboard tray keeps weight and material cost down on carton runs at higher volumes. We cut the insert cavity to your bottle drawing, including atomiser and cap clearance.

No. We manufacture the outer packaging: rigid boxes, folding cartons, sleeves and paper bags. We build the structure around a bottle you have already sourced.
Yes, from 500 units on qualified projects. At that quantity the tooling and press setup cost more per unit than the box itself, so whether a 500-unit run holds commercially depends on the structure, size and finishing you need. Send us the specification and we will tell you upfront if it works, rather than quote something that does not.
