Surface & Visual Design
The exterior is produced with 300gsm food-grade PET card, UV-printed to achieve crisp detail and high color saturation. A matte lamination softens reflections and protects the artwork from handling abrasion. Black foil stamping—applied as a metallic variant within the hot-foil family—adds a refined, modern highlight across the front panel. The minimalist design, enhanced by subtle metallic contrast, reinforces the elegance expected in luxury chocolate packaging.
Materials & Construction
Both the outer carton and the internal holder use the same 300gsm PET food-grade card, ensuring visual harmony and consistent material behavior. All substrates meet international food-contact standards and comply with FSC certified packaging boxes requirements. Insert & Protection
The internal holder is die-cut from the same PET card to match the chocolate’s shape, allowing the product to sit neatly and securely. This structural match between inner and outer components creates a unified visual aesthetic while preventing movement during transport.

Opening the tuck flap reveals a coordinated interior where the matching PET insert displays the chocolate cleanly within its cavity.
