This one-piece corrugated mailer box—commonly known as a “mailer box” or “airplane-style box”—is engineered for efficient shipping and apparel fulfillment. The integrated fold-and-lock structure provides good compression strength and stable form while maintaining the flat-pack convenience expected from premium corrugated packaging solutions.
Surface & Visual Design
To preserve the natural kraft color tone, the surface avoids full CMYK printing. Instead, both sides feature crisp white graphics produced through screen printing, ensuring stability and clarity that conventional offset printing cannot achieve on kraft substrates. The minimalist layout highlights the brand identity while reinforcing an eco-conscious visual direction associated with sustainable corrugated mailer boxes.
Materials & Construction
The box is constructed from a 230gsm + 160gsm + 230gsm B-flute composition, offering durability and cushioning ideal for apparel items. All paper materials are fully biodegradable and FSC certified, emphasizing environmentally responsible packaging. The kraft texture of the exterior reinforces the natural, raw-paper aesthetic favored by eco-driven brands.
Insert & Protection
This structure does not require internal inserts for apparel products. The thickness of the B-flute and the natural rigidity of the kraft liner provide reliable protection during shipping and handling.
Unboxing Experience
To enhance privacy and ensure tamper resistance, the closure uses double-sided adhesive. Once the tear-strip is pulled, the box cannot be resealed, offering a secure unboxing experience suitable for apparel fulfillment and e-commerce shipments.
Customization Options

Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) via Sea: Door-to-door service, excluding taxes, 40 days.
Air Shipping
