Structure
This design is a tuck-end folding carton created for premium spirits, engineered to balance rigidity with foldable convenience. The structure uses a classic top-and-bottom tuck format that assembles quickly while remaining compatible with automated or manual packing lines. Its lightweight yet reinforced build aligns with custom packaging needs for bottled liquor.
Surface & Visual Design
Both sides of the carton are printed in full CMYK on double-laminated white card, allowing vivid artwork with strong color density. After printing, a matte lamination softens reflections and protects the graphics from handling wear. Large-area gold foil is applied across the front panel to highlight key motifs and elevate the premium character associated with high-value spirits.
Materials & Construction
The carton is made by laminating two sheets of 350gsm white card to create a stiff, durable wall while preserving foldability during transport. All paper materials are FSC certified packaging boxes and meet international environmental requirements. The reinforced construction reflects the standards of an OEM packaging box manufacturer China, delivering high strength without sacrificing efficiency in shipping and storage.
Insert & Protection
Inside, a matching white corrugated insert is included to stabilize the bottle and absorb impact. The insert mirrors the carton’s geometry and prevents the spirit bottle from shifting or striking the walls during transit. This combination of double-card exterior and corrugated interior offers reliable, lightweight protection.
Unboxing Experience
Opening the top tuck panel reveals a clean interior with a crisp white insert that frames the bottle neatly. The matte surface, gold-foil detailing, and reinforced structure contribute to a premium reveal often associated with high-end gift packaging boxes and bespoke brand packaging solutions for wine and liquor.
Customization Options
