WC159 is a lid-and-base rigid box featuring a semi-cover design where the lid does not fully extend to the bottom. The simplified structure supports automated assembly, enabling high production efficiency and stable quality output.
Design Highlights
The exterior uses 210gsm white kraft paper, which naturally carries a matte, fiber-rich texture. This FSC-certified material is fully biodegradable and does not require lamination, preserving its raw, organic look while maintaining functional strength.
Functional Features
The minimalist lid structure provides easy access and a clean presentation. Inside the box, decorative raffia paper and tissue paper are added to enhance the unboxing experience, offering both visual warmth and functional cushioning when products are placed inside.
Material & Construction Quality
The core uses a 1250gsm single-black high-gloss greyboard, giving the box excellent rigidity and a premium contrast against the natural kraft exterior. The box’s simple mechanical form allows for automated forming, ideal for large-scale production.
Unboxing & Inner Details
The combination of white kraft texture, natural fillers, and customizable inner arrangements creates a warm, artisanal unboxing moment suitable for handmade, lifestyle, or wellness products.

Folding cartons & lighter packaging: While external dimensions are often used, it's recommended to follow industry standards and use internal dimensions to avoid any size mismatch issues.If you encounter any difficulties in measuring, feel free to contact our sales team for further guidance and assistance.
