Each box maintains a clean lift-off lid structure that highlights the simplicity and elegance expected from premium rigid packaging. The form keeps the bottles visually centered and provides the stability required for delicate fragrance products, making it a refined solution within custom packaging.
Surface & Visual Design
All versions use PET silver card as the printing base, giving every colorway a metallic glow. CMYK printing is paired with UV and reverse-varnish effects to deliver crisp contrast and a refined reflective texture. Select areas incorporate embossed metallic accents that emphasize the signature “9” logo, creating a unified, high-impact visual identity across the entire series.
Materials & Construction
Each box is wrapped over 1200gsm rigid board, providing excellent durability for retail display and international shipping. PET silver card supports high color saturation and offers a luxurious sheen, while all materials remain compatible with FSC certified packaging boxes requirements. Construction quality aligns with OEM packaging box manufacturer China standards.
Insert & Protection
Depending on the model, the interior uses either a thermoformed plastic tray or EVA inserts combined with color-matched paper. Both options are precisely die-cut to fit each perfume bottle, adding strong protection and ensuring the collection stays consistent in presentation.
