WC055 is a flip-top style premium rigid box designed for a cultural-creative gift set. The box is produced in our China-based OEM packaging factory, using a durable book-style construction that delivers both presentation value and structural stability.
Exterior Design & Printing
The exterior is wrapped with coated paper printed via high-precision CMYK offset printing, followed by a matte lamination to create a refined, anti-scratch finish. Select graphic elements and brand accents are elevated using metallic hot-foil stamping, giving the surface a subtle premium glow without overpowering the overall visual balance.
Highlight Feature — 3D Paper-Art Scene
The signature feature of WC055 appears the moment the lid is opened.
The inner lid integrates an intricate 3D layered paper-art composition, incorporating Chinese cultural motifs such as waves, clouds, and birds. Multiple layers of die-cut paper form a sculptural visual depth, creating a ceremonial unboxing moment rarely seen in standard rigid box designs.
Inner Tray & Protective Structure
The lower compartment uses a custom-made insert combining white EVA and laminated specialty paper. EVA is precisely die-cut to hold each cultural-creative item securely in place, ensuring excellent protection during transport.
A reinforced inner frame supports the lid alignment, making opening and closing smoother and reinforcing the premium tactile feel.
