This project features a premium flip-top rigid box developed for high-quality tea products. The structure opens smoothly from the top, presenting the tea bags or loose-leaf tea in an elegant and organized way. The form is clean, minimal, and suitable for gifting or retail display.
Exterior Design & Materials
The outer wrap uses 157g C2S art paper, printed in full CMYK offset printing. A matte lamination is applied to achieve a refined, low-gloss surface, while the logo area is enhanced with spot UV, adding contrast and sophistication.
The core structure is built with 1200gsm greyboard to ensure durability and a firm hand feel. All exterior materials follow FSC environmental compliance standards.
Insert & Protection
Inside, the box features a paperboard insert designed to hold tea bags or small canisters securely in place. The layout keeps the products stable during transportation while maintaining a clean and natural presentation.
Brand Experience
The combination of matte lamination, selective UV highlights, clean printing, and sturdy construction delivers a premium unboxing experience consistent with modern tea-gift aesthetics. The white-and-green artistic design enhances the cultural and botanical identity of the product.
