The exterior is wrapped in 150gsm coated paper with full four-color CMYK printing to deliver sharp, vibrant graphics and branding details. Matte lamination is applied over the entire surface, providing a smooth, low-glare finish that enhances perceived quality while offering resistance to handling marks and minor wear.
Materials & Construction
Built from 1500gsm greyboard, the box achieves substantial thickness and rigidity despite its compact size. The triangular panels are die-cut with high precision, hand-assembled at the seams, and scored carefully to enable reliable flat-folding without compromising structural integrity. Insert & Protection
