This single-piece corrugated box adopts a classic mailer-style layout commonly used for efficient shipping and retail-ready presentation. Designed for storing and protecting candy jars, the structure folds neatly into shape and locks securely without adhesives, aligning with sustainable corrugated mailer boxes used in e-commerce and specialty confectionery packaging.
Surface & Visual Design
The exterior uses CMYK printing on grey-back white board laminated with a glossy film, giving the warm confectionery graphics enhanced brightness and clarity. The ribbon handle adds a playful, giftable touch while complementing the printed artwork. Visual details remain clean and consumer-friendly, aligning with printed packaging boxes for brands in the food sector.
Materials & Construction
The box combines a 300gsm grey-back white board with 160gsm + 180gsm single-white E-flute, delivering a balance between rigidity and lightweight handling. The corrugated structure offers crush resistance and secure stacking performance. All paper components are recyclable and compatible with FSC certified packaging boxes standards.
Insert & Protection
A matching E-flute insert made from the same material is die-cut to hold the candy jar firmly in place. This integrated structure minimizes movement during transport while keeping the product centered for display.
Unboxing Experience
Opening the mailer reveals a neatly fitted jar held within the custom insert, offering a clean and orderly presentation. The smooth pull of the ribbon handle enhances usability and contributes to a subtle gift-like moment associated with high-quality food packaging.
