This design is a one-piece corrugated mailer box using a classic aircraft-style locking structure. Surface & Visual Design
The exterior uses 300gsm PET silver card laminated onto the corrugated body, printed in UV offset with integrated reverse-varnish effects. These processes outline the product silhouettes with metallic clarity, while embossed details create a raised tactile profile. The dominant gold tone delivers a rich, celebratory appearance associated with luxury brand packaging solutions.
Materials & Construction
The box combines PET silver card with a high-strength white E-flute structure made from 160gsm + 180gsm corrugated liners. This pairing maximizes durability while preserving a refined visual effect. All components are compatible with food-grade and FSC certified packaging boxes requirements commonly used by premium quality packaging manufacturers.
Insert & Protection
As a mailer-style structure, the internal protection comes from the rigid E-flute walls and full wrap-around closure. The layered PET surface adds moisture resistance, supporting the stability needed for delicate cake rolls and bakery items during transport or retail display.
Unboxing Experience
