This design is a two-piece rigid box with a pronounced center seam, created for premium chocolate packaging. The classic lift-off structure provides stability and a refined silhouette, while the clean geometry supports premium rigid packaging suitable for gourmet gifting. The form balances elegance with practicality, making it ideal for food-grade custom packaging.
Surface & Visual Design
The exterior is wrapped in 157gsm coated paper without printing, allowing the anti-scratch matte lamination to present a smooth, understated surface. Large-format gold foil is applied across the lid to express luxury and highlight the product theme. The base follows the same treatment, with detailed foil stamping used to present product specifications. Around the side panels, chocolate-toned CMYK printing adds visual contrast and reinforces the flavor cues of the category.
Materials & Construction
The box is built with 1200gsm rigid board to maintain structural firmness and precise edges. All paper components are compliant with FSC certified packaging boxes standards and use food-safe, eco-friendly substrates appropriate for chocolate and confectionery. Insert & Protection
Inside, a custom card insert is die-cut into individual chocolate silhouettes, ensuring each piece is securely positioned and protected from shifting. The insert keeps the presentation neat and organized while supporting the premium feel of gourmet chocolate gifting.
Unboxing Experience
Removing the lid reveals an orderly interior shaped specifically for chocolates, enhancing both the visual and functional experience.
