The foldable format reduces shipping volume while maintaining the solid feel of a rigid box. Surface & Visual Design
The exterior follows the client’s artwork created from the provided dieline. Printed in full CMYK with a soft pink dominant tone, the surface is finished with an anti-scratch matte lamination to protect the graphics. A bright red heart-shaped logo is highlighted through embossing and selective UV, creating tactile contrast and reinforcing the emotional theme of the design. The clean color palette and matte texture support a refined, giftable aesthetic.
Materials & Construction
The structure uses 157gsm coated paper laminated onto 2.5mm high-gloss rigid board, delivering both foldability and durability. All paper components meet FSC certified packaging boxes standards and reflect the production precision of an OEM packaging box manufacturer China. The reinforced paneling ensures stability despite the collapsible construction, making it suitable for fragile tea-ware.
Insert & Protection
Given the ceramic contents, the internal protection is formed from die-cut EPE, designed to secure each piece and prevent collision during transport. The insert creates a snug structure that isolates the items and mitigates vibration, ensuring safer delivery for delicate tea accessories.
Unboxing Experience
Opening the box reveals a soft, clean interior where the ceramics sit securely within the molded EPE. The contrast between the pink exterior and the structured white insert creates a gentle, welcoming reveal aligned with high-end gift packaging boxes and bespoke brand packaging solutions for lifestyle goods.
