Surface & Visual Design
The exterior is wrapped in 180gsm PET silver card, UV-printed in a gold-dominant palette to achieve a reflective, metallic finish. Reverse varnish introduces contrast between glossy and matte zones, while embossed logo detailing adds sculpted dimension. The consistent gold theme gives the piece a rich, luminous character suited for luxury display environments.
Materials & Construction
The entire structure is reinforced with 3mm high-gloss rigid board to support the oversized format and ensure standing stability. PET silver card contributes brightness and durability, while the rigid board construction reflects the precision of an OEM packaging box manufacturer China. All paper materials meet FSC certified packaging boxes standards, offering both sustainability and premium appearance.
Insert & Protection
Inside, EVA wrapped in plush flocking is die-cut to secure the perfume bottles and accessories in defined positions. The soft-touch surface elevates the display value, and the precise cavity shaping prevents movement during transport and presentation. Both the upper compartment and the drawer integrate the same protective system for visual consistency.
Unboxing Experience
The magnetic lid opens with a smooth pull, revealing the elevated display section, while the lower drawer slides out to extend the presentation. The interplay of gold tones, dimensional logo work, and layered compartments provides a luxurious, exhibition-style reveal aligned with high-end gift packaging boxes and bespoke brand packaging solutions.
