Surface & Visual Design
The exterior is printed on PET-coated white card using UV offset, creating a crisp metallic sheen ideal for health and wellness branding. Reverse varnish is added across the artwork to create a tactile contrast between glossy and matte areas, enhancing visual depth and guiding attention to key graphics. This combination supports a clean, science-driven aesthetic often favored in supplement packaging.
Materials & Construction
The body is constructed from white-back E-flute corrugated board using a 160gsm + 180gsm kraft-lined combination for stiffness, compression resistance, and lightweight protection. The laminated PET card provides surface strength and premium appearance suitable for retail shelves. All paper materials comply with FSC certified packaging boxes standards and reflect the production capability of an OEM packaging box manufacturer China.
Insert & Protection
The inherent cushioning of E-flute provides excellent shock absorption for supplement bottles or canisters without requiring additional inserts. The locked base increases bottom strength, ensuring the product remains upright and secure during transit.

Opening the top flap reveals a clean white interior formed by the natural kraft-lined structure.
