These layered treatments enhance premium perception without overwhelming the natural tea-focused identity.
Materials & Construction
Two sheets of 350gsm white card are laminated to create a thicker, more durable panel capable of resisting deformation. Because the dual-layer structure makes folding more challenging, precision cardboard slotting is applied along crease lines to ensure clean angles and crisp contours. All materials meet food-contact and FSC certified packaging boxes standards, and the construction aligns with capabilities expected from an OEM PAPER packaging manufacturer.
Insert & Protection
While primarily a folding carton, the reinforced board structure helps maintain form and minimizes impact on delicate floral tea sachets. The lock-bottom design secures the weight and prevents accidental opening during handling and transport.
