The lid includes a custom-molded plastic handle, created because the round form could not be wrapped cleanly with paper—an engineering solution that enhances both aesthetics and durability. Surface & Visual Design
All three variations are wrapped in fully eco-friendly, high-fiber specialty paper. The surface features a full-coverage clear embossing inspired by traditional Chinese cloud motifs, giving subtle depth and cultural resonance without relying on printed graphics. The matte, textured finish complements the natural fiber feel and reinforces a calm, premium presentation.
Materials & Construction
The internal core is built from 4mm density board to ensure rigidity far beyond standard greyboard, supporting long-term storage and high-value tea presentation. The specialty paper is compliant with FSC certified packaging boxes standards, and the precise engineering reflects the capability of an OEM packaging box manufacturer China. The lid’s sidewalls integrate concealed magnets, adding secure closure and enhancing handling comfort.
Insert & Protection
