This rigid box integrates a smooth-sliding drawer tray with a large transparent display window on the front face, allowing immediate visibility of contents without opening. The drawer pulls out on precision-guided tracks for easy access and restocking, while the main body remains fixed for stable display. Engineered for organized presentation—such as skincare sets, jewelry, small electronics, confectionery, or gift items—the design combines product showcase with practical storage, supporting retail counter display, showroom use, or e-commerce unboxing.
Materials & Construction
The box is constructed on 1500gsm greyboard for substantial weight, rigidity, and a premium hand feel, wrapped in 157gsm art paper. The front window uses clear PET or PVC for crystal-clear visibility and durability. Corners are hand-mitred and assembled for seamless edges. Drawer tracks are reinforced for smooth, quiet operation over repeated use. The construction maintains perfect alignment and shape under normal retail handling. All elements are fully customizable: board thickness, paper type (matte, gloss, textured, metallic), window shape/size/material, and finishing techniques (foil, emboss, deboss, UV, soft-touch).
Insert & Protection
The drawer tray is fitted with a custom die-cut card insert in matching white, contoured to securely position products behind the window for optimal centering and visibility. The insert prevents shifting during transport and provides gentle cushioning, protecting delicate items from direct contact with rigid walls or window surface. Layouts remain adjustable for different product shapes, quantities, or protective needs (EVA, foam, flocked options available upon request).
Unboxing Experience
The drawer pulls out smoothly, revealing contents framed by the transparent window in a controlled, horizontal presentation that feels deliberate and elegant. The clean white interior and exterior create a serene, focused moment that highlights product quality and craftsmanship. This sample demonstrates the premium, quiet interaction possible; any custom color, texture, or branding can be applied to further elevate the sensory experience.

Dimensions, drawer depth, window shape/size/placement, and insert configurations adapt to exact product requirements. - The box has a job: retail shelf, gifting, unboxing. It has to carry the brand.
