This two-piece rigid box consists of a separate lid and base tray, both engineered for precise alignment and secure fit without glue or additional closures. The lid lifts off smoothly, revealing the base contents in a clean, framed presentation. Designed for organized storage and elegant display—such as skincare sets, jewelry collections, confectionery, small electronics, or luxury gifts—the structure supports easy product placement, restocking, and professional retail or gifting use.
Materials & Construction
The box is built on 1500gsm greyboard for substantial weight, rigidity, and a premium hand feel, wrapped in 157gsm art paper. Lid and base panels are precisely die-cut and hand-assembled with mitred corners for seamless edges and perfect alignment. The construction maintains shape under repeated handling and retail display. All components are fully customizable: board thickness, paper type (matte, gloss, textured, metallic), color matching (Pantone, CMYK, spot), and finishing techniques (foil, emboss, deboss, UV, soft-touch).
Insert & Protection
The base tray is fitted with a custom die-cut card insert to securely position products and prevent shifting during transport. The insert contours to specific items or trays, offering gentle cushioning and protection from direct contact with rigid walls. Layouts remain adjustable for different product shapes, quantities, or protective needs (EVA, foam, flocked options available upon request).
Unboxing Experience
The lid lifts off with minimal effort, exposing contents in a clean, horizontal reveal that feels deliberate and refined. The consistent white interior and exterior create a serene, focused moment that highlights product quality and craftsmanship. This sample demonstrates the premium, quiet interaction possible; any custom color, texture, or branding can be applied to further elevate the sensory experience.

Dimensions, lid height, base depth, and insert configurations adapt to exact product requirements.
