Surface & Visual Design
The exterior is wrapped in 150gsm coated paper with full four-color CMYK printing to reproduce rich tea leaf details and branding elements with precision. Spot UV coating adds selective high-gloss accents for contrast and depth, while embossing (hit convex) creates tactile raised patterns that enhance visual and touch interest. The combination delivers a refined, layered surface appearance.
Materials & Construction
Built from 1500gsm greyboard, the box provides substantial thickness, weight, and overall rigidity. The lift mechanism incorporates precise scoring, hidden supports, and hand-assembled components to guarantee smooth, reliable elevation without binding. This heavy board construction results in luxury rigid packaging boxes with crisp edges and a solid, premium hand feel.
Insert & Protection
The interior features a pearl cotton (EPE foam) base lined with mounted card paper for a clean, coordinated finish. The pearl cotton cushions the tea products during transport, while the mounted card surface maintains a polished look and prevents direct contact with the foam. The lift platform integrates seamlessly with the insert to hold contents securely in both closed and elevated positions.
