This gift box features a classic two-piece design with a separate lid and deep base tray, engineered for precise slip-fit alignment and secure closure without additional fasteners. The lid lifts off smoothly, revealing contents in a clean, framed presentation. Materials & Construction
The box is built on 1200gsm greyboard for balanced weight, rigidity, and a refined hand feel, wrapped in 157gsm matte art paper. Lid and base panels are precisely die-cut and hand-assembled with mitred corners for seamless edges and accurate fit. The matte finish provides a soft, non-reflective surface that resists fingerprints and light scuffs while conveying understated luxury. The construction maintains perfect shape under repeated handling, shelf display, or transport. All elements are fully customizable: board thickness, paper type (matte, gloss, textured, metallic, specialty), color matching (Pantone, CMYK, spot), and finishing techniques (foil, emboss, deboss, UV, soft-touch).
Insert & Protection
The base tray is fitted with a custom die-cut card insert or velvet-flocked EVA to securely position jewelry pieces and prevent shifting during transport. The insert contours to specific items (ring slots, necklace channels, earring cushions), offering gentle cushioning and protection from direct contact with rigid walls. Layouts remain adjustable for different jewelry types, quantities, or protective needs (additional layers, dividers, or anti-tarnish options available upon request).
Unboxing Experience
The lid lifts off with minimal effort, exposing jewelry arranged elegantly within the contoured insert. The consistent matte finish inside and out creates a calm, sophisticated moment that highlights product craftsmanship and elevates perceived value. Rigid & corrugated packaging: Use internal dimensions to ensure the product fits perfectly inside and provides enough protection.

Free on Board (FOB): Delivery to the domestic port (Port of Shanghai), 35 days.
Cost, Insurance, and Freight (CIF): Delivery to a foreign port (as required by the customer), 35 days.
