Engineered specifically for perfume presentation, the design accommodates standard fragrance bottles or sets in a flat, organized layout. The sleeve provides an additional protective and branding layer, while the inner book opens smoothly to reveal contents in a portfolio-like display suitable for luxury retail, counter presentation, or premium gifting.
Surface & Visual Design
The box exterior is wrapped in 150gsm coated paper with full four-color CMYK printing to reproduce rich fragrance imagery and branding details with precise color depth. Selective UV printing adds high-gloss accents for contrast and shine on key elements, while embossing and debossing create tactile raised and recessed patterns. Black-gold hot foil stamping highlights logos and decorative motifs with sharp, luminous metallic finish. The sleeve is wrapped in silver card paper with UV printing for glossy highlights, delivering a sleek, metallic first impression that contrasts elegantly with the box’s darker tones.
Materials & Construction
Constructed from 1500gsm greyboard, the box achieves substantial thickness, weight, and structural rigidity. Precise die-cutting and slotting form clean edges, accurate hinge scoring, and seamless sleeve fit, while hand-assembled corners and reinforced spine ensure smooth repeated opening. This heavy board weight results in luxury rigid packaging boxes with crisp definition and a solid, premium hand feel.
Insert & Protection
The interior is lined with custom-molded EVA foam fully mounted in flocked paper, creating a soft, velvety cradle that gently secures the perfume bottle. The flocked surface provides excellent cushioning to prevent shifting or surface marks during transport, while maintaining visual depth and a cohesive, luxurious aesthetic when the book is opened.
Unboxing Experience
Sliding off the silver sleeve reveals the book cover with its black-gold accents and tactile embossing, followed by lifting the lid to display the perfume against the plush flocked interior. The noticeable heft of the 1500gsm greyboard, layered UV gloss, crisp black-gold foil, and smooth sleeve interaction combine to deliver a progressive, refined opening sequence that feels sophisticated and thoughtfully luxurious.
