Structure

This folding carton adopts a classic tuck-end closure with auto-bottom base, allowing fast assembly and reliable sealing. Designed specifically for skincare products such as creams, masks, essence sets or gift-style items, the rectangular structure provides stable, compact containment suitable for retail shelf display and clean presentation.

Surface & Visual Design

The carton uses 250gsm gold cardstock as base material, with the natural metallic gold luster serving as foundation. UV spot printing creates rich, saturated red fields and subtle gradients that contrast dramatically against the gold background. Selective flocking is applied to designated areas (most commonly the entire main face or large pattern zones), producing a soft, velvety red texture that stands out strongly against the metallic gold. Full lamination protects non-flocked areas while maintaining the overall luxurious red & gold visual language.

Materials & Construction

Made from 250gsm gold cardstock, the material combines bright metallic sheen with good stiffness and excellent surface acceptance for both printing and flocking. Die-cutting and creasing are performed with high precision to ensure sharp, clean folds. Glued construction forms a solid one-piece paperboard packaging that maintains excellent shape retention.

Insert & Protection

Internal dimensions are precisely calculated for snug fit with typical skincare containers, effectively limiting product movement. Depending on product fragility, a simple card insert or light foam piece can be added. The smooth gold interior surface helps prevent abrasion to product labels or secondary packaging.

Unboxing Experience

The tuck flap opens smoothly, revealing the product against the shimmering gold interior. When the main red flocked surface comes into view first, the strong contrast between the luxurious soft velvet texture and the metallic gold background creates a very distinctive, high-grade tactile and visual impact — quiet yet clearly luxurious.
